The pool villa was nice and large. It had a nice view, it was also clean. The staff were friendly and cute. I loved staying at this hotel.
I noticed no hot water . Noise from the nearby airport was terrible. The hotel provides ear plugs on the bedside tables. I did not expect to share the runway during my vacation.

This resort is super cool! The staff were friendly and very helpful, such a plus. The villas are huge and interesting, I enjoyed the quirky art everywhere. I also loved the beautiful pool area, with the bar nearby.
My room wasn't soundproof, so I heard a lot of airport noise. It was difficult to sleep well!

This place is so close to the airport, only a quick 10-minute ride, a massive plus! It is super convenient for early morning flights and late arrivals. The resort offers hourly shuttle services, and that is very convenient.

The resort has a spa with various treatments, that looked really relaxing! There is also a restaurant with a diverse menu, I ate very well! The pool is amazing for spending time, with plenty of space for everyone.

My villa had unique decor and styling with over 10,000 art pieces distributed all over, so cool! The rooms are spacious and very clean, that is important. There was also a very nice, soft bed that I enjoyed.

the private pool was a great addition offering a refreshing escape the provided shallow area was perfect for relaxation. i appreciated the proximity to the airport , made our departure effortless. the grounds contained different types of art which i enjoyed. a golf buggy was available for luggage transport.
some wear and tear was evident throughout the hotel which gave it a slightly dated feel.

The grounds reminded me of a romantic escape, as if i were in a grand palace. our suite, a bricked funnel design, gave me the most peaceful sleep i have ever had. i also found many photo opportunities at every turn. The lovely architecture.
The decor felt over the top, almost like it was trying too hard. Nothing seemed cohesive. staff members were eager, though their service often lacked providing real assistance. the restaurant's presentation felt wild. The food quality was the worst i experienced.

The pool villa was amazing. It was both spacious and clean. i liked that the staff were friendly and cute. there was even a golf buggy ready to transport luggage for the airport transfer (it was helpful at 5:45 am).
i noticed the hotel showed signs of wear, suggesting it may be due for some general updates.

The staff showed LOVELY kindness. They provided a welcome drink and a cold towel, a tender gesture after a long trip. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with thai art.
The noise from the planes was quite loud. It interrupted the quiet atmosphere. Some areas looked a little tired. They could use some tlc.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. I stayed in a pool villa room. It had ample space and was very comfortable. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was à la carte, and the service there was excellent (especially the coffee!).
The overhead planes are quite loud. They go all night.
